A Fabulous Finals Meal at The Napa Valley Cooking School- May 2011

Every year we at Preferred Meats are invited to lecture about sustainably raised meats and poultry at the acclaimed Napa Valley Cooking School. It is a day of interaction and tasting. We in turn are privileged to enjoy the special meals the students put on for grade. Here is the fabulous meal we enjoyed May 2011. (Much of the proteins are from Preferred Meats)

A feast for the eyes and the palate!

Many of Chef Alexander and Chef Lee’s students go on to work for esteemed chefs such as Daniel Boulud, thus testifying to the quality of the curriculum and training the students receive. We are proud to be invited to be a part of that curriculum!
